Priority #1, Air Conditioning Installation

Homes Under Construction

Homedeal Air Conditioning have been providing air conditioning to the under construction industry for many years and, amongst other prestige building companies, have formed an envious and long term association with Clarendon Homes.

Homedeal Air Conditioning is the only company that Clarendon uses for ducted air conditioning.  This is because we plan systems properly, extending the value that Clarendon already offers you.

If you’re like most new home builders, you’re building your home because it offers you comfort and value for money.  And, you’ve probably got a good idea of how you want it to look as well as the features you’re after.

However, one part you may not have planned is your air conditioning.  The fact is though, if you’re thinking about having ducted air conditioning in your home – to stay warm in winter and cool in summer – the best way to save money and hassle is to do it while your home is being built.

Firstly there are some 2-storey homes that just cannot have ducted air conditioning installed after they are built.  In a 2-storey home there are spaces that can only be reached prior to building.  What that means to you is that if you leave it too late before installing a system, no matter what, you will not be able to have some rooms ducted with air conditioning.

Secondly, you’ll pay more later on.  Because ducting has to go up into you roof and ceilings, if your home is already built and plastered, the extra cost of installing an air conditioning system (after removing, cutting and plastering different sections of ceiling and wall) will add to your overall cost.  That is what makes installing it now a very wise choice.  You will save money and hassle.

Save energy and money by having your air conditioning planned specifically for your home.  Most 2-storey homes do not need the level of air conditioning they purchase.  You can actually reduce the size of the system you want to buy, and still gain all the benefits of a full system.

IASWe can design a system around the size of your home and family, saving you thousands in running costs.  Some people run up thousands of extra dollars each year through not planning properly.  Why?  Because the system they selected did not suit the size of their home or their needs.  For instance, by installing zones in your home you can select the rooms you wish to air condition...all at the touch of a button.
